Physical Product Returns
Physical products can be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase in their original, unopened condition. Contact us here for help with your return. If you discover after you’ve opened your package that something is missing or damaged, please let us know here so we can help. In order to complete a successful return, we will need the following information:
- Valid email address
- Order ID
- Shipping address
- Approximate weight of the package
- Phone number
A few things to note:
- Edible Items: For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of edible items, so those are considered "final sale.” If you received an edible product that didn’t meet your expectations, please let us know so we can make it right.
- Returns outside the US: While we are unable to offer a prepaid shipping label for returns outside the US, we are still happy to accept your return. Just contact our team here.
- Exchanges: We are not able to offer exchanges on physical products. Any items returned will be refunded to your original method of payment.
