US Shipping: Fees, Tracking, Restrictions

  • Standard Plus Shipping ($6.99): Order by December 14th

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Processing time for orders is 1 - 2 days and most orders placed before 3:00pm ET are shipped same day. Once processed and shipped, typical shipping times are:

  • 2-3 business days within the continental US for Expedited Shipping
  • 4-6 business days within the continental US for Standard Plus Shipping
  • 7-10 business days within the continental US for Standard Shipping
  • 5-14 business days to AK/HI/APO/US territories 

Occasionally there may be a slight pause in tracking information, however the order is still on its way. If your package is still within the 7-10 business day domestic shipping timeframe - please hang tight before contacting us.

How can I track my order?

  • As soon as your order is processed at our warehouse you will receive a second email with your tracking link. You can also find the tracking link in your Order History. (Note this is not available on the app).

How do I expedite my order?

We're thrilled to now offer expedited shipping for our members within the US. To speed up your shipping time and receive your order in 4 - 6 business days or 2-3 business days. Simply select "Standard Plus" or "Expedited" shipping before checking out. 

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping fees vary depending on the contents of your order.

  • All orders up to $98.99 in value ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
  • If your order costs $99.00 or more, standard shipping is FREE!
  • Free shipping is available in the US only.
  • Taxes: Craftsy is required to charge tax in certain states. By adding your Zip/Postal Code an estimate will be provided for you. All applicable taxes and fees will be shown in the cart prior to checkout.

Can I split my order to go to different addresses?

  • If you'd like to ship different items to different locations, you will need to do so in separate orders. At this time, we are not able to support multiple shipping addresses for a single order.

Can I choose the carrier for my package?

  • Not at the moment. We look forward to bringing your expanded options in the future. Once your order ships, the package can be tracked through your purchase-confirmation email or through your Order History. 

How do I cancel or edit my order?

  • Please contact us immediately here or via Live Chat during operating hours. Once an order is placed, quantity, color, or content cannot be changed. We will do best to catch and cancel your order in time, allowing you to place a new order with the correct items. Please note that orders are processed in the system very quickly, and the window to cancel or edit an order is very small.
  • Requests are handled daily from 10am - 7pm ET.
