A download speed of at least 10.0 Mbps is recommended to receive video feedback in standard definition. Craftsy videos will generally take about 380MB for 20 minutes of streaming video at the highest resolution and about 110MB for 20 minutes streaming at the lowest resolution

Craftsy streaming classes are supported on the latest versions of the following web browsers, listed in order of our recommendation:
From the mobile app:
Android Devices running Android OS 4.3 + can download and install the free Craftsy App, found HERE.
*Important Note: As of 6/1/17, Craftsy only supports versions 4.3 and up - if you do not update your app to the latest version, you will not be able to access Craftsy via the app moving forward.
We recommend an updated Google Chrome browser for accessing the mobile website. Safari browsers on Apple devices are not always consistent, and we've found the best experience is on Chrome.
For iPads, iPhones and iPods running iOS 9.2+, you can download and install the free Craftsy App, found HERE.
Please note: iOS 5 no longer supports Craftsy’s mobile website experience. If your device is running iOS 5, please update your iOS.
As of April 2016, Craftsy no longer offers an app for Kindle devices due to continuous compatibility issues with Amazon. If you previously downloaded a Kindle Craftsy app, you have not lost any of your classes or account information, simply log into your Craftsy account using a browser at www.craftsy.com. We *highly* recommend using any browser that you can download on your Kindle except for Silk - the native Silk browser on Kindle devices does not play well with Craftsy, so we'd recommend using another browser such as Ocean. Otherwise, you may want to access Craftsy from another device or your computer/laptop.
