We want you to love your Craftsy experience! Maybe a class wasn’t the right match or that yarn wasn’t the perfect color you were looking for. No problem, we’re here to help.  We even offer free return shipping in the US for all physical items.

 Whatever the reason for your return, we want to know how we can do better next time. Expect our friendly support team to ask a few questions, then work with you to make it right.  

 

Class Returns

We’re happy to accept returns for classes purchased on our website within 60 days. Just reach out to our support team here. Note that classes purchased from outside partners including iTunes, Jo-Ann and Amazon cannot be refunded directly to your original method of payment. However, we will work with you if needed to provide a refund by mail.

 

Physical Product Returns

Physical products can be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase in their original condition. Contact us here for help with your return. If you discover after you’ve opened your package that something is missing or damaged, please let us know here so we can help.  

A few things to note:

  • Edible Items: For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of edible items, so those are considered "final sale.”  If you received an edible product that didn’t meet your expectations, please let us know so we can make it right.
  • Returns outside the US: While we are unable to offer a prepaid shipping label for returns outside the US, we are still happy to accept your return. Just contact our team here.
  • Exchanges: We are not able to offer exchanges on physical products. Any items returned will be refunded to your original method of payment.
