If you’re having trouble downloading, saving, or printing a file like a class material or pattern, give these tips a try:
Get a PDF Reader
- In order for your device to open and display the file to you, it must have a program that can read that file type. We recommend the latest FREE version of Adobe Reader for computers, iBooks for iPhone or iPad, or Adobe Reader for Android.
Unzip the file
- Some downloads called .zip will have multiple files put together in one folder. In order to open them, you'll need to unzip them first. To upzip, you'll need a program on your device that supports that. Most computers have this be default. If you're on a mobile device try WinZip for Android or iZip for iOS.
Try Printing As Image
- Some printers have trouble reading certain kinds of images. To get around that, when you go to print from Abode Reader, you can click on "Advanced Options" and then select "print as image."
